Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to Your Dashboard
- Go to Berify.io and Login
2. Select the Batch
- Find the batch you want to create a Raffle Giveaway for and click "Customize."
3. Access the Global Experience Settings
- Click on "Edit Global Experience."
4. Set Up the Raffle
- In the left-hand menu, click "Raffle" and then "Create New."
- You can schedule multiple raffles in advance or run them simultaneously for a single batch.
5. Review and Proceed
- Review the Giveaway Rules carefully and click "Proceed."
6. Enter Giveaway Details
- Specify the following:
- Number of winners.
- Contact email for your team member managing the giveaway.
- Prize Name, Description, and Value
7. Set Scanning Timeframe
- Use the calendar to select the start date/time and end date/time for users to scan their tagged products.
8. Select Winner Announcement Date
- Schedule the date/time for the system to randomly select winners.
9. Create Custom Notification
- Draft a push notification message to be sent to raffle winners.
10. Provide Additional Information
- Add a hyperlink to a landing page on your website or instructions for claiming the prize.
11. Agree to Giveaway Rules Webpage
- Opt for Berify to create a rules and guidelines webpage for your raffle.
12. Finalize and Submit
- Click "Submit" to confirm your setup.
- Confirm by clicking "Submit" again.
13. Complete the Setup
- Click "Got it!"
14. Copy Required Disclaimer
- Copy the disclaimer information provide and include it in any promotional materials.
13. Publish the Raffle Giveaway
- Click "Publish" to make the Raffle Giveaway live.
