Step 1: Name Your New Batch
First, go to the inventory screen and select "new batch." Give your new batch a unique and descriptive name that will help you identify its contents.
Step 2: What's Inside a New Batch?
A new batch consists of multiple tags and one consumer product experience. These tags can be tokens or individual tags that you want to group together for easier management.
Step 3: Creating Your New Batch
After naming your new batch, select "create," and the system will generate a new batch for you.
Step 4: Move Tags from an Existing Batch
To add tags to your new batch, you'll need to move them from an existing batch. Select the tags (SN) you want to move, either individually or all at once, depending on your needs.
Step 5: Deactivation is Key
Before you can move tags into a new batch, they need to be deactivated. This ensures that the tags won't be associated with their previous batch anymore.
Step 6: Move Those Tags
Once you have selected the tags you want to move, click on "move to." This action will initiate the transfer process to your new batch.
Step 7: Select the Destination
Head over to the inventory tab and find the drop-down menu that allows you to select the batch where you want to move your tags into. Choose the appropriate batch from the list.
Step 8: Finalize the Move
Click on the title of the batch where you want to move your tags. This confirms the destination and completes the process of moving your selected tags to the desired batch.
Congratulations! You have successfully created a new batch and moved your tags with ease. Now you can enjoy better organization and management of your inventory.
