Tutorial: How to Invite Team Members Through Your Berify Dashboard
Step-by-Step Instructions to Invite Team Members
1. Log in to Your Berify Account
- Visit the Berify Login Page and log into your brand dashboard
2. Enter your Company Address Information
- If you did not complete the Company Address information when submitting your brand's application, you must add this information before being able to access the features that allow you to customize your Berify tags.
3. Click on “Account”
- To invite other team members to create their own login to your brand's dashboard, Click on "Account" in the lower-left corner of your screen.
4. Click on "Team"
- Locate the Team Tab, this will open the interface to manage your team members and their account permissions.
5. Click on "Invite members"
- Input the email addresses of the team members you want to invite.
- Administrator: Full access to to all of your batch inventory, and the ability to move and activate/deactivate tags.
- Marketing: Limited access to see and edit batches that have been assigned to them by an Administrator. They cannot move or Activate/Deactivate tags.
6. Send Invitations
- Click “Send Invite.” Each team member will receive an email with a link to join your Berify Brand Dashboard.
7. Manage Team Access
- Once invited, team members can log in and access the dashboard. You can update roles or remove members as needed in the Team Management tab.
